Arizona, known to all as "The Grand Canyon State" was pretty great. But the Grand Canyon was also the only thing we had time to see while we were there. As we trekked eastward, we drove through some really cool scenery and then Brianne decided that we should stop listening to the GPS for a minute because it seemed to be taking us the wrong way. Well, Brianne was wrong. And we ended up basically off-roading in the middle of Arizona until we managed to get back on the highway. Not the most enjoyable moment of our trip. We somehow managed to miss the Grand Canyon skywalk, but after our experience at Capilano Suspension Bridge, I'm not sure how well either of us would have done on a glass skywalk jutting out off the edge of a cliff 4,000 feet above the floor of the canyon. It would have been fun to see though. Regardless, we did get some good pictures at the canyon and stopped about a million times. I think it was pretty cool to see once and I might go back one more time to maybe do some hiking, but overall I think we saw several things that were more interesting to me than the Grand Canyon. Definitely cool to see once though!
